How should a receiving site manage the reporting deadline?
For receipts in England and Wales, government guidance sets a two-working-day submission window, starting on the day after receipt. Assign responsibility for checking the queue and resolving errors within that window. Keep later phases separate from these receiving-site requirements: being a carrier, broker or dealer does not by itself mean the first phase applies to that role.
